Good time to live in #Scottsdale—This week, City of Phoenix gutted single-family zoning protections, legalizing ‘backyard apartments’ that will disrupt neighborhoods & inflame short-term rental (STR) problems. The California-style measure will incentivize developers to scrape and convert single-family homes to multiple units—and because we share a 20-mile+ border, Scottsdale residents will be impacted
