URGENT MESSAGE ON SB1231 Action needed; LEGISLATIVE UPDATES on THIS SATURDAY.

URGENT MESSAGE: FLOOD the Governor’s office with calls requesting her to sign SB1231 into Law.

This Bill protects the personal safety and security of Arizonans.

Ask The Governor to be for Arizonans not illegals.

Press Release to my Email patriots (Legislators, elected officials, business leaders, LD Chairmen, P.C;s, and activists), regarding SB1231.

As most of you know, SB1231, state crime; illegal border crossings, has been sent to Governor Hobbs for her signature.  As most of you also know, Governor Hobbs, who is presently in Mexico, has already indicated that she will veto this Bill.  She has until Tuesday to decide what she will actually do.

Attached to this memo and also links within this memo, are important articles and links to read BEFORE the Governor makes a decision.  Here are also some bullets that will help you decide what WE CAN DO as voting patriots to the State of Arizona.

First of all, FLOOD the Governors office with calls requesting her to sign the Bill into Law.  FOR, IS she truly an Arizonan or not?  Be POLITE, but FIRM in your requests.  Here are a few bullets for your knowledge:

  1. SB1231 is a bi-partisan Bill.  Democrats and Progressives are just as much at risk for their safety and security as the Republicans.  This Bill affects all people from all political parties and everyone must understand that they do not have separate laws from the Republican constituency.  We are all affected by this crisis through business, education, employment, medical and religion.
  2. SB1231 affects EVERY homeowner and tenant, including children and grandparents from all political parties.
  3. This Bill protects our personal safety and security.
  4. A home owner or tenant defending their home have 2 choices:
    1. Call the police when an illegal or a person unknown to you, comes onto your property, and
    2. Use of force that may be reasonably necessary to get the trespassers off your property (that is what the folks around the border should be doing too!)
  5. Note that not every home owner or tenant can speak all 123 languages or dialects.
  6. Police are telling us that they cannot do anything regarding any undocumented alien, as it is up to the Feds…
  7. Feds cannot do anything, as they are told to “back-off!”
  8. So…with this Bill, the burden lies on the LD constituent voters to do nothing and suffer the consequences, or use force and suffer the consequences.
  9. BOTTOM LINE:  Law enforcement is a government responsibility; not a forced personal choice.  Your vote of your Constitutional rights, will decide which way they (legislators and law enforcement must act), because we cannot help them, unless they are willing to stand for what is constitutionally correct.
  10. We are at war patriots!  And, we are being overrun by millions of illegals – what are you going to do?

If the Governor does veto SB1231 – WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

Please read the following articles and the attached for all the information you need to better understand the significance of SB1231.  Please pass this on to everyone you know.

Thank you!

Information To Arm You With on SB1231

  1. The Bill – SB1231  https://www.azleg.gov/legtext/56leg/2R/bills/SB1231S.pdf
  2. The Fact Sheet on SB1231: https://www.azleg.gov/legtext/56leg/2R/summary/S.1231MAPS_ASPASSEDCOW.pdf
  3. There is NO Emergency Clause in the Bill.  As a matter of fact, on the second page of the Summary Sheet, line 37, it says, “Becomes effective on the general effective date.”  That does not qualify as an Emergency.
  4. What the Bill Does say?  (ENACTED WITHOUT THE EMERGENCY) (Line 29 Sec. 7). Emergency (Line 30) This act is an emergency measure that is necessary to preserve the(Line 31) public peace, health or safety and is operative immediately as provided by (Line 32) law.” Why is the (yellow highlighted) line in the Bill?
  5. Does Arizona have a veto proof majority?

The House and Senate may override the Governor’s veto by a two thirds vote (or three-fourths, if an emergency measure).  This Bill may not have an Emergency Clause in it.
